I’ve synced multiple times, and allowed the sync to finish before opening other programs on my phone. Multiple images are still missing from my cards in shared decks. I also have an android phone and the missing images in iOS show just fine on my other phone. Any advice on how to resolve this?

Please identify one particular card that is not showing media so I can try to reproduce the problem. To confirm, when you view that particular card on AnkiWeb or AnkiDroid, the image appears, but not with AnkiMobile? If you log out from the preferences screen of AnkiMobile, sync again, and wait for media syncing to complete, does the issue still exist?
