Anki computer says I finished, but it shows 132 cards to review

Hi team,

Today I opened anki and it shows 132 cards to review, however when i click it appears the message that I already finished the cards. In the web and cellphone version it is working normally, could you please help me?

I think we’ll need to see screenshots of where you’re seeing the 132 cards – especially if there are differences between the main Decks screen and that deck’s study screen (after you click the deck). Make sure you show subdecks too.

  • Are your devices all in sync?
  • What version of Anki are you using? [Click Help > About > Copy debug info, and paste exactly what you get from that.]
  • Can you explain what you mean by “working normally” on AnkiWeb and your phone? Does that mean it shows 0 cards to review, or it shows 132 cards to review and you can review them?

3) on my phone is working normally because it shows 132 cards to review and I can review them

Just out of curiosity, have you tried the tools - check database option?

Have you tried updating to the lastest 24.06.03 version? The one you’re using is likely very old. See apps.ankiweb.net.
