I have an account on ankiweb and it works fine on my laptop. however, when i try to login on the anki pro app it says my email does not exist…
i have input my email and password multiple times but it still doesn’t work. i paid $35 for the app and have yet to be able to use it due to this issue.
I’m afraid AnkiPro is a knock-off app by a different developer, and does not work with the rest of the Anki ecosystem. If you contact Apple, they may be able to refund your money.
