I just downloaded the Anki Mobile app and am trying to log in using my Anki Web email and password, but the log in keeps failing. I’ve checked previous threads on this issue and followed their advice, including force-quitting the app, resetting the password to a new one on Anki Web and trying that new password, and turning my phone off, but nothing has helped. I have the newest version of the mobile app. Please advise.
If you’re using a password manager or copying and pasting the password into the field, please try type it manually - I recall users in the past were accidentally including a space which was causing problems.
