Unable to login Anki iPad

Hi there,

I’m unable to sync Anki on my iPad. I know there are several similar posts and already tried the solutions proposed on those posts (e.g., making sure I’m using AnkiMobile, typing out my username and password, resetting/force quit/rebooting, etc).

Unfortunately none of those solutions have worked for me so far. Ironically I’m able to log on to my AnkiWeb account using Safari but not the AnkiMobile app.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

That is odd. Does changing your password in the Account tab of AnkiWeb and then trying to log in again help?

Thanks for the suggestion Dae. Didn’t work before, but was able to login today. Everything seems to be working now. Appreciate it!
