Hello there,
I just downloaded the computer version of the AnkiApp and started doing some cards. After that I got it on my iphone as well on my ipad and tried to sync the account i have on my laptop with my iphone and ipad. Now it tells me all the time that my password and user are wrong. i have changed my password as well as my mail several times and i can log in on my computer normally. I just want to sync my accounts please help. I wrote an mail to the support on thursday and they still havent replied. Honestly sick that i paid 30€ and i can not sync my account nor can i reach the support.
