Adding Anki to a second computer

I currently use Anki both on my desktop computer and on my phone. I create new cards on the desktop and do my reviews on the phone. I would like to also use my laptop computer, primarily for the creating cards side of the process. How do I get this set up? Is it as easy as logging into Anki on my desktop and then my decks will download? (Well, after I get the problems described in my other post fixed, that is!)

Thanks very much.

Firstly, there was an error in my post. My question should have read: " Is it as easy as logging into Anki on my laptop and then my decks will download?" When I log into the web version of Anki on my laptop, I can see my decks. I have also installed the Anki app on my laptop, which currently shows no decks. How do I log into the app so that my decks download there?

Trigger a sync, e.g. by pressing Y. A login prompt will appear.
