Accidentally pressed "switch profile" when reviewing cards

Hi all,
I accidentally pressed “switch profile” when reviewing cards and the window to allow me to select profile appeared. I thought I did something wrong so I quit Anki and reopen it, and it said there’s a synchronisation conflict between ankiweb and my desktop Anki.

I am worried that me pressing “switch profile” and closing the Anki app when it prompted me to select profile will damage/corrupt/mess up my Anki decks? :frowning:

What do you guys think?

Changing a profile by itself won’t force a full sync. Please see https://docs.ankiweb.net/#/syncing?id=conflicts
