After importing a file, the error started occurring.
It first appeared on my desktop, which runs Windows 11.
I tried everything recommended online, including turning off all the firewalls, reinstalling Anki and deleting all imported files, but the issue persists.
I then attempted to sync Anki on my laptop (Mac), the same error occurred.
However, my roommate has no issues using Anki on the same network.
is there any solution?
