This is a long shot, but can someone zoom video call with me to help me with ANKI? Im not a tech guy…yet. Im having trouble syncing ANKI. I keep getting wrong cards placed in the wrong deck. and In general there are a lot of issues i need ironed out. please reach out. thank you

I’m not going to tell you it’s impossible – but you’d probably be better off posting your question here and letting folks respond about the things they know well. You’ll get a wider range of responses. Be sure to include screenshots of what looks wrong to you!
Cards syncing into the wrong decks doesn’t sound possible, so make sure you’ve read the section of the manual that applies and you understand the basics – Syncing with AnkiWeb - Anki Manual .
