How do I change this with minimum effort? As I put a lot of work into my Anki Cards but sadly I don’t have again so much time to redesign with same amount of time. Is there an easy way?

It looks like you’re using a type-answer field that is stripping out your formatting. Field Replacements - Anki Manual
You can edit your note type to use a regular field, or can switch to a different note type. Getting Started - Anki Manual
