My Mac has been trying to sync my cards for 6 hours now … I am trying to sync my cards on my phone to my laptop… I can’t exit out or restart my computer. Anki has taken over my Mac. The decks have synced but I don’t know why this is still here.
Need more info, what’s your work flow, are you using an ankiweb.net account? Also, using latest Anki.app?
I think it’s safe to assume it’s stuck at this point. If clicking on the red dot does not cancel it, you may need to force Anki to close: How to force an app to quit on your Mac – Apple Support.
Yes I have an ankiweb account. I have version 2.1.43 on my mac and the latest app version on my phone.
