Hi, I was hoping someone could please help me. I have been using anki for 3 years and have 3 years worth of cards. I had to restart my macbook yesterday and when I went to redownload anki today, it just comes up saying ‘anki quit unexpectedly’. I then logged onto ankiweb, and all of my decks from the last year are missing. Please could someone advice on how I can get my cards back on ankiweb or how I can get anki downloaded on my macbook???

You appear to have last synced changes to AnkiWeb on Sep 10, so if you made any changes after that, I’m afraid you won’t be able to recover them from AnkiWeb. You will still have access to the cards that were created before then, though.
