I’ve had this problem for a few days. I have added a card and the “back” part does not reset itself. What I mean by reset is that it won’t delete the info that I put on the back side of the card. It stays there and I have to delete the information manually. I am not tech savvy so I have never messed with the settings on anki. I recently downloaded the newest patch and tried opening and closing the application to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.
Maybe you have sticky fields activated. That feature can be toggled on/off from the editing screen (pin icon)

You were correct. I turned off the sticky field. I appreciate your advice. I feel relieved. So much manual work saved.
