I downloaded the updated link and whenever I try to interact with my decks, the app unexpectedly quits. I have tried to update my computer, reinstall the app, download other versions, download other decks, and called apple support to ensure it was compatible with my computer. The app is still opening properly, but when I try to unsuspend or study my cards, the app shuts down. I have done all that is recommended from anki support and do not know what else to do.

Crashes right after an update are often caused by add-ons that haven’t been updated to be compatible with your version of the app. Have you tried #2 – Troubleshooting - Anki Manual?
