Update MathJax to 3.2.x

I am enjoying enjoying Anki immensely and I would love for the new features and improvements of MathJax 3.2 to be made available.

It would be fantastic if the vendored version of MathJax was updated to 3.2 for the next release of Anki Desktop, assuming this would not be too much of a hassle.

For Anki 2.1.48 the included version seems to be 3.1.4.

It looks like we already updated to 3.2 as part of a dependency update, so this will probably be in the next non-bugfix release.
