Mathjax editor in Anki Mobile (no live preview?)

Hi,

A feature I really like in newer version of Anki desktop is the integrated mathjax and mathjax editor.

Does this exist in iPhone and iPad? I might be missing something but I can’t seem to find it. If it doesn’t exist, is this planned? Reading math textbooks on my iPad and adding notes in Anki directly on the iPad would be far more convenient that way.

I’m afraid AnkiMobile doesn’t currently have such a feature, but you can tap on the eye icon to preview the card that’s being edited.

Are there any plans to implement such a feature? Especially on the iPad it would be very useful, as it is a “replacement computer” much of the time.

I hope to integrate the desktop editor into AnkiMobile this year.

Thanks, glad to hear it. I think it would be a useful feature, and like I said for the iPad especially it makes sense.
