I downloaded a deck that was shared from a classmates via google drive and unsuspended the cards. This deck is functioning fine for other classmates who similarly downloaded it. I made sure all subdecks were on the same settings (attached). I refreshed the program after changing settings and unsuspending all cards as well. The Anki FAQ for cards not showing didn’t seem to cover this scenario.

If the deck you’re talking about is the one in the bottom of your list, most of its unsuspended cards are currently in your custom study deck. If that doesn’t explain it, please indicate the deck you’re having trouble with.
