Unknown anki error message

Hey guys,

when going through my cards, I got an error message that I’ve never seen before. It just comes up at one specific card. This is what it says: (see pic)

I’m using the Anki-version 2.1.38 (355e4cd5) if that helps.

This is what the card itself looks like. Nothing special (don’t wonder the content of the card is german as I’m german myself.)

Can anybody tell me what I can do to clear this error message?

Did you use Tools>Check Database?

Yes I already tried what the error message said but it didn’t help. That’s why I’m asking here.
