Everytime I open anki it’s stuck on ‘Checking’ and when I logged in through the online ankiWeb , I found that many of my cards are missing.
I tried restarting the computer and reinstalling the app and it doesn’t work. I am afraid I will lose my cards.
Please help me ! I need those cards for my exams !
- When problems occur, have you tried checking the database?
- Is your application logged into AnkiWeb and have you performed a sync recently?
I tried checking my decks from the AnkiWeb and there seems to be missing cards.
Also I think the ‘checking’ error occurs because there is an issue with syncing the cards. What should I do ?
