I've lost my cards pls help me

yesterday, when i openned ANKI a message pops up telling me my card couldn’t be sync. So i choosed to download them to anki web, but idk why,it didnt work.

all the cards i’ve made in the past 2 days are gone weither in the app or web.

So is there someone who have been trough the same problems and could tell me how i can get back my cards ?

Try restoring the most recent backup. To be safe set a backup every 30 minutes or so.
