Regarding the undo button during my review. Previously when I undoed questions while in review it would reinsert the card in a random order. Recently it no longer does that rather just show me the previous card right away.
If there any way I can regain the previous function where the undo in review inserts the undone card randomly later that day.

Unfortunately, there is not. In the v3 scheduler, the Undo queues were integrated – as a result, your study queue will remain consistent through Undo-ing.
However, if your purpose is really to delay a card until later in the day – as opposed to it just being a happy side-effect of Undo – would something like the Defer Cards add-on work for you?

Nope, definitely not worth it. The old scheduler versions are no longer supported, and everything that came with the v3 scheduler is pretty great.
I believe if you read the add-on documentation, it explains all that. There’s no tagging. The cards are added to a filtered deck, which you can study when you’re ready. It doesn’t change anything about the scheduling of those cards.
