Trouble syncing AnkiMobile and desktop

The email and password that function on my desktop Anki will not sync my AnkiMobile application. Thank you for any suggestions.

If AnkiMobile is able to reach the AnkiWeb servers, the same login information will work.

  • Is AnkiMobile failing to connect? If you’re getting some error, please give us the exact text or a screenshot.
  • Have you double-checked that you’re using the same login info on both devices?
  • Have you tested that login info at the AnkiWeb site directly? https://ankiweb.net/account/settings
