Transfer anki cards

I am thinking about buying a new MacBook, but it is essential for me to know if it is possible to transfer the Anki cards I have on my old MacBook to the new one. If it is possible, could you explain to me how?

You can use ankiweb, to sync your collection between different devices, or export your collection to a local file and import that file in the new computer.
