Using Anki on a new computer

I used Anki before, but it is some time ago, and I need some help to get started again. The last time I used Anki, I had a Mac, now I have a new PC.
I have downloaded the last Anki version (64 bit) on my PC. I have Anki, with all my old homemade cards, on my iPhone. Can I get my cards from the iPhone to my computer so that I can start making new cards, without losing the old ones? Or do I have to find my old Mac and try to get my old cards from there? I am not very good with all this, so if somebody is able to explain this step by step, I would be very grateful. Thank you in advance!

You have to set up an AnkiWeb account to sync your cards between multiple devices.

Your account is still there, so if your cards are on your phone, I recommend syncing your phone, uploading if prompted to upload/download, and then syncing your computer, choosing download. If you’re not sure of your password, you can reset it from the login page of ankiweb.net
