Toolbar missing

Hello, I just downloaded the newest version of anki onto my pc. There is no toolbar at all. I’ve read the forums on this and still can’t solve the problem. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. I don’t know what other options I have. Thanks for any help!

What do you mean by toolbar? Can you provide a screenshot?

That’s my entire screen. I don’t have a tools option that allows me to install add ons and such.

This is what my old version of Anki looked like with file,edit, tools and help across the top.

You downloaded the wrong app. AnkiUniversal is not supported here.
