Toolbar has disappeared

Hello,

I’ve just upgraded from version 2.1.13 to the latest 2.1.26, and the bottom toolbar has disappeared (with all its buttons : Get shared, Create deck, Import file / Options, Custom study, Unbury / Edit, More / Show answer / Again, Hard, Good, Easy).

I have no error messages

I am with Windows 10 x 64. The problem only arise with Anki Desktop, not AnkiWeb.

I’ve already tried the following, with no results :

  • Tools / Check database
  • Restart Anki
  • Restart the computer
  • Uninstall and reinstall Anki
  • Start Anki with the Shift key to desactivate the add-ons

Thank you, but the problem has been solved. In fact I hadn’t realised that the toolbar was missing only when the window was maximized. Just reducing the the window has done the trick.
