There are too many card types in my Anki , some random numbers appear after the card type and my basic card has disappeared. Can I use any on the above cards with code as basic card. I wish to know what happened when I delete a card type , that has appeared by itself .

These notetypes result from importing decks with identically named notetypes. From the main screen open Tools > Manage Note Types. You can safely delete notetypes which show “[0 notes]”. But be aware that this requires a full sync, so you should sync all your devices beforehand and afterwards.
You can also readd the Basic notetype from this dialogue.
