I can’t open anki or download any other version, I’m stuck, I tried deleting, downgrading it and restarting my pc nothing worked so far.
Have you maybe opened the profile with a beta version, which isn’t available on the usual download page? If so, you should be able to open it with the latest beta release from here:

The only way that just worked right now is that I downloaded the latest version 2.1.44 and the profile opened, but I guess I have to deal with addon compatibility problems or something similar now.
If you rely on add-ons, you can downgrade again. Just note that the version you downgrade with has to be the latest version you have openend the profile with (2.1.44 in your case).
