Syncing from ankiweb to anki App made me lost decks

Hi,

I was using the anki App version and I made a deck a few days ago, then today I made a new one on the anki web version. After terminating the deck on the website version, I pressed the “sync button” on my phone, so the deck I made on the website version appeared on the app, but the deck that was created before on the app disappeared. I already looked on the backups, but there are only back ups of today I don’t know why.

I haven’t used anki many times, these are my firsts. Do you think that I could recover my deck?

If you have different collections on your devices already, you need to take care to preserve one when you are setting up syncing. It will require you to do a one-way sync, so you’ll need to merge the collections after that. Syncing with AnkiWeb - Anki Manual
