I have been using Anki for some time however the decks I made on Anki Web did not sync onto the app and now they are also missing from Anki web, if anyone can help I’d really appreciate it as there were a lot of cards 
What do you mean by “Anki Deck”?
Sorry I mean the decks I’ve made on anki web have been lost when I synced to the app
Your AnkiWeb collection appears to contain 5 decks and approximately 3000 cards.
Yes I added a new deck on Monday just gone and I synced on Tuesday which is when that new deck went missing
I checked a backup from the 19th and don’t see any difference. If you added a new deck after the backup and then overwrote it before the next backup, I’m afraid it can’t be recovered unless you have a copy of it on a local backup.
