My computer glitched and got rid of my 107 day streak and replaced it with 35. Today it is at 31, so the streak is actually going down.

Do you refer to the add-on Review Heatmap?
I would search the issues list at https://github.com/glutanimate/review-heatmap/issues . If your issue is not covered maybe open an issue there and work through the checklist that you get when you try to open a bug report. I doubt that the add-on creator glutanimate will see this thread in this forum.
As far as I know the streak refers to the current active deck. Maybe you were not on the main screen today?
Another idea: What would happen if you deleted some notes/cards that were the only review on a day …
