Steps - how to set my own time

I want the setting of 5minutes 20 minutes 6 hours 1 day for my NEW anki cards
but when I type in 5m and 6h the middle option is 3 hours. how do I set 5/20/6/1

also, is it possible for the setting NOT to change the next day?

Do you mean you want to repeatedly review the cards every day with these steps?
Maybe you can manually reset the cards by using the Cards > Forget menu item in the browser every day, but I wonder why you want to do that.
