(Startup Issue) Can not export anything from the ANKI-2.1.54-windows-q6

Hi, I just downloaded Anki for the first time, and when I download it from the website everything is fine. When I click on it, it asks me to put in a password, and then it says it is extracting information. After the little box shows it is completed, but when I look there is no Anki downloaded. However, whenever I look in my storage, it says Anki is there and when I try to click on it, it says windows cannot access the specified device path or file. you may not have the appropriate permission. I tried looking for the solution multiple on internet and on the form and could not find anything. Can someone pls help me! Thank you and have a great day.

if it shows this error "Error opening file for writing”, restart your system and reinstall anki

Is this is an issue about exporting?, your description looks like a startup issue or similiar

Might also be worth checking your antivirus program, and trying to restart your computer.
