Good afternoon,
I have recently received a new laptop (Microsoft Surface Pro 9) and have been wishing to download Anki on it (was kind of the goal since the beginning as going to med school next year), but as it is downloaded and on the desktop, it doesn’t open after double clicking on it.
I have been trying different options like for example giving it administrator rights, or looking on Internet if anyone is facing the same issue. I have also deleted and installed again with: firstly the same version and then as it was still not working the one below.
Please if you know why Anki doesn’t open and if there is anything i can do to make it work let me know!
