Hello! When I click on anki on my desktop, I get a small loading symbol as my cursor for around 2 seconds, then anki just does not open. I am unsure what to do. I had problems with anki before, so I decided to uninstall then reinstall it. Before I uninstalled it, it would not open and now that it is reinstalled I have the same issue, I am wondering if anyone has any ideas as to what I should do?
Could you please provide details, e.g. what operation system you use and which Anki version you have downloaded?
Hello! After changing from Qi6 to Qi5 then uninstalling and reinstalling many time and turning my laptop on and off I have got it working again. I have no idea what went wrong though. I use windows 11 by the way. It only started working after I shut down my laptop though. I’m not sure what it was that i changed to make it start working again.
