Hello! I am trying to get a head start on learning how to use Anki for grad school. I downloaded the app onto my D drive and it is successfully showing up in my desktop screen, but when I go to click on the app, the blue buffering circle appears for a few seconds and absolutely nothing happens after that. I have already tried restarting my computer and running the app as admin but nothing happens AT ALL. Really need to fix this so I can start learning how to use it please and thank you!
- Uninstall your anki.
- DELETE your anki folder - most important part.
- Reinstall anki. I had some similar problems when using different Qt versions.
