Anki doesn't open

*I downloaded Anki 2.1.48 and it doesn’t open.
I double click on the Anki icon, then the mouse icon is loading but then nothing happens.

  • I have an Windows 10 on with a lot of free space.
  • I deleted and downloaded again but still doesn’t open.
  • Then I restarted my PC.
    What else can I do? I am a student and making this work will help me a lot.

Can you specify whether you have an issue with anki opening after you’ve successfully installed it, or is it that you cannot install it at all?

you may install Anki in HDD hard. try installing Anki in SSD hard.
Also, I faced this problem and when installed Anki in the SSD hard, everything was being OK
