Installed latest anki version yesterday and it worked just fine. Then I had to force shut my laptop while anki was opened on background. Today I couldn’t open anki. Uninstalled and reinstalled, but it’s still not opening. When I ran anki console, windows says it has stopped working. What can I do?
You could try restarting the computer, or renaming Anki’s data folder. Managing Files - Anki Manual
