I recorded sounds on my iPad in the “back” field of each card but the sound won’t play when I review the card.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
Since these are “type in the answer” cards, I made a new field just for the sound and copied and pasted the sound file to the new sound field. This is they look like:
I made sure my iPad was not on silent and I turned on all the sound settings on Anki (Audio Buttons, Interrupt Current Audio, Autoplay in Silent Mode, and Always Duck Background.
I synced all cards with my desktop anki (still won’t play sound on either iPad or desktop)
All forums I can find say that iOS doesn’t support certain sound file types, but I recorded all these on my iPad, so should they work??
