Anki record issue

I have an issue with the cards the contains sounds. I’m using the anking step deck and it was normal until previous almost one month, the cards that contain sounds for heart murmurs start to not acting well, the sound button disappeared an the question is present without the sound button so you can’t listen the sound then you cant answer

It is normal in my Anki droid app, this problem is only in my iPad Anki mobile app

What should i do?

What are the names/formats of the sound files for the problem cards?

AnkiMobile plays audio using iOS/iPadOS. There are some audio formats and containers that iOS/iPadOS, and therefore AnkiMobile, does not support and cannot play.

Edit: Added: If it turns out that the cause is unsupported audio files, a possible solution might be to convert the audio files to a supported format like MP3.
