The problem is as follows.
After uninstalling and installing the latest version some sound functions are not working anymore.

・What works? If I paste a .wav file, I can hear the sound in the edit window. It is also played in study mode.
ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー・What does not work? The sound of recordings cannot be heard even after I have just recorded them in edit mode. I cannot hear them in study mode either. What is more important is the fact that {{tts en_US speed=0.7:Front}} no longer working either.

・What I tried to fix it?
Removed everything plugged to the PC.
Restored the PC to factory settings.
Installed the latest Anki version.
No addons.
Tried recording and tts with the default account. Didn’t work.
Logged in with my account. Synced. Waited for the sync to finish.
Checked database, checked media, and empty cards.
No addons.
Tried recording. Didn’t work.
Restarted while holding shift.
Tried recording. Didn’t work.

・Other important points?
Everything works perfectly on iPhone.
After upgrading Anki became much slower when dealing with cards that have {{tts …}}
No, I didnt have any addons before. I dont have any, now.
