Show new cards before/after reviews as a per-deck option

It would be great if one could control at the deck level whether or not they want to show new cards before or after reviews at the deck level, instead of in the preferences, where this setting currently controls behavior for all decks.

I have some decks where I would like to show the new cards after my reviews, and some decks where I would like to show them before. Having to go to preferences to change this setting all the time is very cumbersome.

Now that Iā€™m thinking about it, if possible, it might also be helpful to add an option for learning cards (show before or after reviews).

This is already possible with scheduler 3; this option was moved from preferences to the deck options.
