It seems like the "mix new cards with reviews" options should be a deck-by-deck option?

It seems like the “mix new cards with reviews” options, currently on the scheduling pane of the preferences window, should instead be a deck-by-deck option?

I, at least, have some decks that are better served by showing new cards after reviews, and others that are better served by mixing new cards and reviews.

Could we make this a deck option instead of a global option?
