Searching topics in german language

Hi folks,

thanḱs for the wonderful Anki.

I found searching case insensentive (fine) but searching für german words beginning with a capital “Umlaut” (e.g Ü) is not found by searching withe a term beginning with a lowercase letter (ü)

Python 3.8.1 Qt 5.15.1 PyQt 5.15.1
