Screenshots are not showing when I flip the crad

Hi there,
so I have been trying to use Anki for a while now but I am encountering the same issue everytime I try to learn the cards: The pictures (screenshots I took directly out of my records) are not displayed. Just a small little white line is showing like if the max height of the picture would be 10px or sth like that.

I googled and found out that the media folder might just be empty and that my pictures are not stored properly, but that was not the case! The media folder contained all my screenshots.

Even when I am editing cards The pictures are shown, however when I learn the cards the bug still appears.

Click Karten, then use the Add Field button to add the second field to the back of your card.
