Saying my email hasn't signed up?

Hi, I hope whoever receives this email is well.

I have forgotten my password but as I try to reset my password, it is saying my email isn’t registered? I only have three emails and have tried all of them.

My three emails :

[zamansayma181@gmail.com (i’m pretty sure I registered with this one)

[saymazamanspanish@gmail.com

I use the free desktop version on my chromebook . Any help with logging into my account will be appreciated, thank you!

There isn’t an AnkiWeb account for any of those 3 email addresses.

Hi, thank you for your response. In response to your questions, I have checked my emails for emails from anki and there is nothing. How would I go about syncing if I don’t have the page open, like what link could I click to go to my cards to then sync from? Sorry if that is not very clear.

There is a sync button in Anki (you sync in-app).

Can you see if you you’re logged in inside the app?

  • Are you certain you created an AnkiWeb account? It’s not required to use the app… .
  • How would I go about this step?

Also would there be a way for the team at Anki to retrieve my cards? If I described what was on there and they had my name? Thanks
