AnkiWeb accounts can be deleted if they are not used for more than 6 months. In this case, you will need to recover the deck from your laptop or mobile device.

The data in the email you’re writing from has not expired. If you are saying you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login screen of ankiweb.net.

Maybe it’s an issue with your browser. You could try a different one.
Which browser do you suggest me to use

For security, you need to use the website. If your browser on your phone doesn’t work for some reason, you could try with a computer.
I have recovered my account on the Anki app. Unfortunately, I have lost all the old entries, but it’s okay. I will add another cards thanks for you help . I had an issue with the browser on my phone so I used another one.
