I have a very similar problem to the one z00m has.
I’ve been using only the online version for a very long time (I only have a company computer, I’m not the administrator, that’s the main reason for not using the PC-version), and it’s been more than half a year since I last used it online. So, I didn’t even notice the warning email, my decks were deleted.
Glad to read that there is a server side backup as a last resort. For me, it would be perfect to restore my April 2024 status, if it is possible. What information do I need to provide for this?

I can see the AnkiWeb account associated with the email address you used here, and that look like the right one. Ordinarily when the data is removed from an account, that includes the server backups – but I see one that stuck around, from the end of March 2024. Please confirm if you want me to restore that to your account. (It will overwrite anything else you have there.)
A save from March 2024 would also be super cool, I haven’t developed my decks much after that date.
