I tried restoring from backup on my computer but don’t see any.
I was using Anki on the same account since like 2015(?) and was regularly syncing to AnkiWeb.
I didn’t use Anki for >half a year, return to it now, and there’s no decks on the web and only one on desktop. Can you please help me recover my decks?

According to the Terms of Service from AnkiWeb, Account Expiry
As AnkiWeb is a free service, we need to periodically delete unused account data to keep costs down. Decks stored in your account will expire if your account is not accessed in 6 months or longer.
You can try to contact support @dae, but it will take a while perhaps because the account is deleted from the AnkiWeb server
Thanks! @dae can you help? My account isn’t deleted, only decks are missing. If it’s too hard for you, I can handle not returning this data
If your AnkiWeb account was inactive for 6 months, your data on the servers has expired – AnkiWeb account removal - Anki FAQs .
Your local data, on whatever devices you use Anki on, is unaffected by your AnkiWeb account expiring. Restoring a backup will still work, but you shouldn’t even need to do that. Your collection is just still there, right where you left it. Are you looking at the correct profile? Profiles - Anki Manual
[Let’s wait to ping Damien until you’ve at least exhausted your other options.]

This is a reminder for everyone to backup their decks no matter what you do.
